I agree to receive by email or by email notification such information as minutes, building notices and other documents the Strata Corporation is required to provide pursuant to the Strata Property Act and Regulations.
Furthermore, by activating my portal account, I agree that email communication is an acceptable method for the strata corporation to communicate with me via the portal or otherwise.
I acknowledge that The Wynford Group, as managing agents for the strata corporation, maintains the right to determine the means to which documents are delivered (email, mail, and/or hand delivery). Example: due to legal requirements and the high importance of items such as Notice and Minutes of General Meetings, items of this nature may be posted to the web portal as well as mailed to my mailing address on record.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
All aspects of this agreement and program are considered confidential. This website is intended for the sole use of registered Strata Owners and Residents of properties managed by The Wynford Group. The contents and documents may contain information that is confidential or subject to protection under legislation. The sharing or distribution of this information with others is strictly prohibited.
